• Please make sure, that the WOOFit Go X / SACKit Go 150 speaker is in correct
    Bluetooth pairing mode (indicator light flashing white). If the speaker
    is not in correct pairing mode, please long press the Power button and
    pair again.
  • Reconnect after reboot
  • Please make sure, that the speaker and your Bluetooth device is within
    10 meters of each other
  • Please make sure, that there is no obstructions between the speaker
    and your Bluetooth device
  • Try connecting another Bluetooth device

I cannot operate my WOOFit Go X / SACKit Go 150 speaker

  • Reset your WOOFit Go X / SACKit Go 150 speaker by turning on the speaker and
    pressing the following combination on the POWER button: double
    press, single, double, single.
