Please make sure that the speaker is charged or plugged into a power outlet
Try increasing the volume on your device and the SACKit Move 100/150 speaker
Please make sure that all cables are connected correct if playing from Line-in mode
The speaker murmur
Please make sure that all cables are correctly connected
Bluetooth connection failed
Please make sure that the speaker is in pairing mode. When in pairing mode the ”Bluetooth” button will flash fast
If the speaker is not in pairing mode, please long press the ”Bluetooth” button until flashing fast. Try to connect again.
The SACKit Move 100/150 speaker and your device must be within 5 meters of eachother when you try to connect
Try to connect another Bluetooth device to the speaker
I cannot operate the buttons on the speaker
You can reset the buttons on the speaker if you experience problems operating them. The buttons are reset using the “Reset” button on the back of the speaker. Please use a toothpick or a needle to press the reset hole.
