- Please make sure, that WAKEit is in correct Bluetooth pairing mode .
- Check if your WAKEit is already connected to another Bluetooth device . WAKEit can only be connected to one WAKEit device at a time.
- Please make sure, that the speaker and your Bluetooth device is within 10 meters of each other .
- Please make sure, that there is no obstructions between the speaker and your Bluetooth device.
- Try connecting another Bluetooth device.
Failure in station scanning in DAB+ or FM mode
- Check if the antenna is fully extended.
