There is no sound coming from the earphones

  • Please check volume on your audio device to make sure it is
    outputting sound. Please make sure that the 3.5mm plug is fully inserted into your audio device. Sometimes a case or protective cover
    can prevent a good connection. Please make sure the earphone plug
    and audio device’s jack is clean.

I’m hearing a beep-sound.

  • When your WOOFit Headphones
    makes a beep-sound, they need recharging. Please charge your
    headphones fully.

The headphone are not fitting comfortably.

  • Please adjust the length of the band by pull/push the pole.
