If you experience problems with stability or connection, try resetting the SACKit Speak 200. When resetting, SACKit Speak 200 will forget all previous connected Bluetooth devices.
- Put earbuds in the charging box while they are turned on. Hold the lid open and press the button at the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds
- If the reset works, all 4 LED’s on the case will flash at the same time and then light constantly for 3 seconds after that.
- If the reset does not work, all 4 LED’s will flash 10 times.
- Now connect your SACKit Speak 200 to your Bluetooth device.
