  • Please make sure, that the speaker is charged
  • Try to increase the volume on your Bluetooth device
  • Please reselect the WOOFit Go XQ / SACKit Go 250 on your Bluetooth device

My WOOFit Go XQ / SACKit Go 250 speaker murmurs

  • Please make sure that the speaker and your Bluetooth device is within
    10 meters of each other

I cannot turn on/charge my WOOFit Go XQ / SACKit Go 250

  • Please make sure that the adapter and the charging cable is connected
    correctly
  • Please check the power adapter voltage and current demand

Bluetooth connection failed

  • Please make sure, that the WOOFit Go XQ / SACKit Go 250 speaker is in correct
    Bluetooth pairing mode (indicator light flashing white). If the speaker
    is not in correct pairing mode, please long press the Power button
    and pair again.
  • Reconnect after reboot
  • Please make sure, that the speaker and your Bluetooth device is within
    10 meters of each other
  • Please make sure, that there is no obstructions between the speaker
    and your Bluetooth device
  • Try connecting another Bluetooth device

I cannot operate my WOOFit Go XQ / SACKit Go 250 speaker

  • Reset your WOOFit Go XQ / SACKit Go 250 speaker by turning on the speaker and
    pressing the following combination on the POWER button: double
    press, single, double, single.
